I will only see one patient in the office at a time. Therefore it is important that you arrive on time. If you are early, you may need to wait until your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, you may have to reschedule.
In order to protect you and other patients, I ask that you follow certain guidelines during your office visit.
1. Please do not come to the office if you or anyone you have been in contact with in the last 14 days have had a fever, cough, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, body aches, diarrhea, nausea, loss of taste or smell, or rash.
2. Please wear a mask covering your mouth and nose. Please come alone.
3. Please knock on the office door and wait outside the office until you are called in.
4. Your superbill and any referrals will be emailed to you after the appointment and prescriptions will be handled electronically.
